As CEO, Aaron directs the architecture, development, and implementation of solutions for the MS3 team.
Prior to MS3, Aaron was the lead architect and engineer for The MITRE Corporation where he was responsible for the design and implementation of standardized services and integrations for aviation and military flight data.
Today, he's widely recognized as a creative API integration thought leader by corporations and government agencies, has spoken at Mulesoft Connect, and personally handled integrations for well recognized brands.
Outside of work, if you need a handyman, Aaron is your guy. He grew up in West Virginia where men fix their own trucks and also did the bulk of the work to finish out MS3's headquarters.

As MS3’s Chief Operations Officer, Pete leads the finance and accounting, human resource and talent sourcing departments. His strong commitment to sound financial decisions and focused talent acquisition has been a key factor in MS3’s continuous growth and stability.
Pete has nearly 25 years of experience in information technology, technology sales, consulting services, and business development. Prior to joining MS3, Pete held leadership positions within AT&T, DMR Consulting, Paragon, and was a founding partner of Specialtech Solutions, an IT consulting firm based in Virginia.

Ken Miller is a Leader, Manager, and Hands-on technical contributor for MS3. He is responsible for ensuring continued success by leveraging his knowledge, experience, and most of all, his in-depth understanding of industry standards. Ken also helps MS3 reach our strategic goals and remain on the leading edge of technology in our industry. The knowledge he provides ensures MS3's success, and more importantly that we do our very best to help our clients achieve success.
Ken is an experienced Solutions Architect with a vast amount of experience in Healthcare and Supply Chain Management.

Denise Brodowski serves as the Director of PMO for MS3. In her role, she oversees the Sales, Marketing, Admin, and Project Management/Business Analysis teams. Additionally, Denise is a key contributor to defining and supporting company direction and decisions working with the Executive team, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and technical teams to ensure programs are established and implemented successfully.
Before her tenure at MS3, Denise worked approximately 25 years in the IT Software development and the Managed Services industries, working up the ranks from developer to Business Analyst to Manager of PMO organizations in organizations including AT&T, IBM, and HP. Her vast experience in the IT industry serves MS3 in its growth and development, and it helps her to understand clients and their needs.
Education: B.A. degree in Decision Sciences / Computers from Rider University.
Team Leader & Proposal Manager · Senior Software Engineer & Architect
Mark Norton is a Senior Contributing Engineer focused on providing business integration solutions using Mulesoft (Certified Developer), AWS (Certified Business Provider), and other technologies. As one of the first team leaders, he has helped MS 3 grow and guide the members of his team on their career path and client work. As a proposal manager, Mark has led and supported several significant proposal efforts at federal and state levels, in addition to commercial opportunities. Before joining MS 3 in 2015, Mark managed his independent consulting firm that developed integration solutions for the Higher Education sector.
Education: Master’s in computer science from Boston University.

Matthew Murgia is a Team Lead and software engineer at MS3. He currently manages the MS3 internal boot camp where we guide junior developers through a custom training program that includes Java, Spring Boot, API Specifications, MuleSoft, Jenkins, and Docker. This role allows him to leave his comfort zone to learn new technologies and help others. He is also a consultant currently working with Mulesoft products and Okta IDP.

As a Team Lead at MS3, Rene Lucena is in charge of project execution, handling everything from the planning phase to production release and post-release support. Additionally, he ensures that other developers continue to improve and learn skills essential to sustaining the high level of competence needed for consultants.
Throughout his 14+ year long career, he has interacted with over twelve different companies, in various industries, which have helped him to observe and implement best practices and pitfalls for software solution implementation. He has experience in IT positions, including those in API design and Implementation, Integrations, Project Management, DevOps, Web Development, Quality Assurance, Research, Hardware Design and Troubleshooting, Analysis.

Human resources professional, Gary Shephard, is the face of human resources at MS3. His responsibilities include employee on-boarding, immigration, policy and procedure, compliance, employee advocacy, strategic planning, and serving as the liaison between employees and leadership. He supports MS3 from an HR perspective while, also, working as a business partner with leadership, sales, recruiting, the directors, team leads, and employees.
Gary has 20 years of human resources experience working in various aspects of leadership and management in banking, and technology.

Susan Kelly is the Talent Acquisition Lead for MS3, and is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing practical and creative recruitment strategies. She is focused on a full life cycle recruiting processes: discovering top technology talent, building a strong employment brand, and ensuring great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Before joining MS3 in August of 2019, Susan was General Manager for a recruiting firm in New Jersey, overseeing recruiting, marketing and branding initiatives. Before her career in recruitment, Susan spent many years in Financial Services and Investment Management, enjoying various marketing, strategy, and business development leadership roles with Fortune 100 firms such as Prudential Financial and Cigna.

Team Lead · Senior DevOps Engineer
As a Senior DevOps Engineer for MS3, Ryan Wilkinson, primarily works to speed up the application deployment process for developers by providing a persistent stable environment for consistent results. This responsibility means working towards streamlined development operations and automation delivery pipelines while maintaining immutable infrastructure.
With over 20 years of experience, consultant and tech evangelist, Ryan delivers DevOps as a software development strategy, bridging the gap between the developers and the IT infrastructure staff.
Team Lead · Senior Software Engineer
Allan Latch serves as a Senior Software/Integration Engineer for the MS3. He specializes in MuleSoft, having book thousands of hours on the platform. His resume of successful client engagements includes ExxonMobil, Weightwatchers, Symantec, Honest Co, Crowley Maritime, CPS Energy, and Hancock-Whitney Bank as a Solutions Architect and Solutions Consultant, since 2015.
His 21-year technical career has included a wide array of resource fulfillment, including in-depth application/technical support, granular brand-technology analytics, support, and development testing/analytics. He also gained experience as a Support Analyst/Technician where he managed a 75-member application and technical support team, eventually, moving to a role in Retail Technology and Application Support. His primary focus is on analytics, QA, and Tech Lead as well as developing .net, Java, and Mule applications.
Education: 3 semesters at Rose State College on CS track, including advanced .Net, Java, and C++, open-courseware from Stanford (106A-Java) and MIT (6.0001 – Python).

Josh Erney works as a team lead at MS3, focused on the professional development of his team members, while, also, sharing his expertise across MS3's Slack channels when applicable. He has considerable knowledge around MuleSoft's products, API design, object-oriented and functional programming and, recently, mobile app development. Due to the ever-changing nature of this field, he places more emphasis on his ability to adapt and learn new technologies than on being an expert in any single piece of tech or business domain.
In the past, he worked with universities, energy companies, construction companies, the military, and more to provide solutions around integration and modernizing legacy systems.
